He has been working in the multinational business environment for more than fifteen years in the service industry (insurance, banking, executive search & recruitment, management consultancy).

Subsequent to years in the blue-chip financial sector he joined one of the most prestigious international management consultancy firms dealing with mainly multinational clients (corporate restructuring, BPR, succession planning, remuneration policy, job evaluations, competency modeling).

With a leading international executive search & recruitment company he had managed domestic and international executive search & recruitment assignments and later as Country Manager he successfully put on the map UK's leading recruitment company's Hungarian operation.

Fascinated by the power of information technology and science in general, he believes that only companies that are willing and able to embrace novelties will prevail in the medium and long run.
